System Up Time |
Monitors machine's running time. It's better to reboot the computer after computers have been used for a week or two weeks, to prevent unexpected problems. |

Explorer Elapsed Time |
Monitors the running time of Explorer process. Used to diagnose unexpected system crash |

CPU Time % Total |
Measures the total utilization of the processor by all running processes. Used to diagnose system problems, such as system frozen-up, spywares or application’s crash |

CPU Time % Kernel |
Measures the total utilization of the processor by system processes. Kernel % CPU Time should not over 50% unless it's doing some special jobs. Used to pin point system software problems |
