NO CHARGE for in‐store computer diagnoses and estimates for members, compared to with $40 cost for nonmembers. Save $40 per visit.

67 Points 24/7 Proactive Monitoring and Alert Services

A monitoring program installed into your computer will run 24/7 and monitor 67 different aspects of your computer system while the computer is in your home or business. Alerts will be sent to you by email once any possible computer problems are found. Thus you can take actions before they affect your normal computer use and prevent problems from getting worse.

Found your lost computer via tracking system

If your computer is stolen, after you notify us, we will start the asset tracking procedure. Once the lost computer is on‐line, it will send us its IP address and we will be able to submit the information to law enforcement to get your computer back.

AntiVirus/Spyware Service

We will make sure the anti‐virus software is working and up‐to‐date. We will proactively monitor your computer for any viruses, spyware and mal‐ware activities. We will remove them before they impair or damage your computer system. If we cannot block it, we will fix it for FREE.

Unlimited Remote Support with Dedicated Line

We provide unlimited remote support whenever you need it. Call us at 773-516-5658. Our highest priority is to have our senior technicians take care of your computer immediately.

Unlimited In-Store Service, Parts and Labor Included

We will fix any software and hardware problem without any charges. Even if your motherboard is broken, we will replace it for FREE. The only thing you need to do is to bring your computer to any of our local stores.

Software Problem Support

We also provide unlimited support for your Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office. For unsupported programs: $40 per 30 mins labor cost; 1 hour minimum.

1 Hour Free On-site Service per Month

As TotalCare members, you get one-hour on-site services every month for FREE. Unused hours don't roll over to the next period. Any extra hours after the first hour will be charged at the membership's exclusive price. Service hours will be counted under necessary one-way travel based on Google map calculation from our office (address: 2039 W 95th St, 60643).

Data Safe

Onsite Data Backup

A Data Backup and Disaster Recovery System, which runs on your schedule, will be set up for your computer. Once data loss happens, all your important data will be backed up and can be restored at your request.

Offsite Data Backup

When a flood, fire or burglary happens, only Offsite Backup can save you. By using our Off‐site Backup Service, your data will be transferred to our off‐site backup server through your high speed internet connection. So when disasters happen, we will have a safe copy for you.

Limited Hardware Warranty

In case of any computer hardware failure, the defective hardware will be replaced with the same kind of hardware at no charge for the parts or labor. If the same type of hardware is not readily available, an equivalent or a better part will be substituted with. Only one computer can be added for each membership. CRT/LCD monitors and printers bought from CCC can be added to each membership.

Block Access to Inappropriate Websites and Games

Blocks pornography and other dangers from internet, such as hate sites, questionable chat rooms, gambling sites, to protect your family and children. Blocks PC games based on the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) system.

Instant Messages and Social Network Monitor

IM Alert & Analysis. Instant messages (IM) can be examined and alerts will be sent to parents via email when potential online predatory behavior, cyberbullying, and other inappropriate contacts or comments occur. Social Network Profile Reporting - Parents can easily access and view their children’s social networking activities on commonly used sites like Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, etc. Reporting provides details about social networking profiles including friends’ lists, pictures, personal descriptions, and more. Secure Website Filtering/Blocking. Block encrypted websites and internet proxy which could be used by smart kids to bypass desktop filters.

Conrol Internet Use Time. You control the time your children can use the internet. Your kids will not be able to go online while you are sleeping. Full Internet services protection.
