"I like CCC because its worry free, now I can get on my computer work all day and work all night and don't have to worry if my business on my computer is safe, they do the work for me. Its like being a large corporation and having your own staff take care of your computers for u!
Now I don't have to chase down a friend or a service to help me,and no more undependable friends who really don't know much about computer say to me ""Why don't you just go buy another computer, I HATE THAT!!
I just let my Club take the worry off my hand."

I like the member services because the internet security is better than any of the rest I have tried. The tech support is awesome any time you have a problem they work diligently to resolve it. They are never rude always helpful. Depending on which membership you have they offer replaceable parts which can save you 100's of dollars that it would cost if you didn’t have a membership. Sometimes you don't have to leave from the confront of your own home to resolve the problem you are having they can go in remotely. Also the membership is a must have for the computer tracking if your computer is lost or stolen.

 

Before coming to the CCC my computer was at home not working. Then i found CCC store. I put it in the computer store to be fix. they did a good job and i was satisfied with the service. i also like how they supplied you with a listing for free computer classes to enhance your computer skills. I refer my family and friends to the ccc for service. Thank you CCC for being the best computer store in chicago.


 

Because if I am having problem at home all I have to do is click on your icon or call the tech line and you can repair my computer with out me bring in my computer. And I do not have to wait days for my computer to be cleaned or repaired.

 

      

" I have tried many anti-virus programs from the internet. I thought I found one that I could rely upon to keep my home PC working virus free. It did for a while. I was as diligent as possible to avoid questionable web-sites. You can imagine how dismayed I was when even my ""premier anti-virus program"" failed and my computer was struck with a sneaky bit of mal-ware.
     Computer Club of Chicago is located close by my home. I liked the professional yet personal attention I got for my previous computing problems. So after they cleaned my system and told me about a home membership service, I was open-minded about giving them a try. I didn't like the idea of someone besides myself having 24 hour access to my computer. But I thought, if they are continuously on guard for my computer's safety and smooth running operation, maybe I can keep from having my system go down when I need it most. This is when I have to submit lesson plans or enter grades for my high school students.
     So far I think I made the right decision. I haven't had any virus to infect and cripple my computer. I feel that the service has allowed me to use my system without fear.  Thank you CCC. "
 

"What I like about my home membership is knowing that there are live people on line montoring my computer for any virsus.  I have teenagers and they are constantly on the computer for long period of the day.  I can't monitor everything that they do on the computer, but with have the computer networking system they are able to keep track of all the programs that is being used and downloaded.  They are also able to block all of the sites that my children wouldn't even think that has virsus on them.  Also the price is very reasonable for them to fix the computer and they walk you through step by step with their progress when we do encounter a problem.  Because I am unemployed I thought it was going to be a problem with me paying the fee every month but I now see that is was a very good investment.  

The computer people also contact you over the phone as well to talk about the problem also.  Which I feel that is very good customer service relationship that they are building. I have only encounter two virusus since I had them but they were able to fix the problem very quickly.

I am also glad to be included in the emails concerning surveys, special offers and contests.  I have been very satisfied since I have joined.

 

The home membership service is a great concept for all computer users. It helps with technical difficulties that are easily mangaed with a couple of walk thru steps.
